Over the years I have studied different types of arts and crafts both formally and informally,
and have worked hard to merge all of my knowledge into comprehensible pieces.

These are some of the walls that I have created over the years:
Portfolio
IN PROCESS !
A mural of the 'Amoureux' House, a Missouri State Museum I copied from a postcard and an  1820's sofa I restored and recovered in  1980 in white velvet.

Well crafted furniture reupholstered right lasts !

The napping cat seems comfortable too..
The 'cave' powder room.  Painted to be reminiscent of cave paintings and pyramids. Inspires by the beautiful hand thrown pottery sink.
Wendy's Closet.  A small walk in closet in a guest room painted to be a play house for visiting grandkids. Every bit of it is paint, from the fireplace to the windows and doors to Captain Hook's ship in the bay.
The famous lighthouse on the spit in Homer, Alaska with part of the row of  charter fishing boat services. Painted in a 'rustic' style.  This bathroom really takes you away to another place.
I added this for fun.  My husband is too tall for me to hang pots from the ceiling so I built a mock fireplce from thinbrick and hung them there.
I really love painting bathrooms and  closets!
